Here at Clough Cakes I am dedicated to creating the perfect bespoke cake for any occasion.

 

My passion for baking started when I was young, my grandma and my mum were always making yummy treats for my packed lunches. As I got older it became my hobby too. I decided to make a career out of baking once I had finished sixth form and began studying Baking Technology Management at London South Bank University. From there I began working as a pastry chef where I was in charge of creating beautiful desserts, afternoon tea cakes and scones.

 

Now I have taken the leap and started my own cake decorating business, which allows me to really channel my creativity and love for baking into every cake I make.
